When will I get my order?
It takes 3-8 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
Shipping times are additional to days to fulfill an order.
France- Shipping is 2-3 working days
European Union- 3-7 working days
The rest of the world- 5-10 working days
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Firstly, check your shipping confirmation for any delivery mistakes. If there was a mistake, check with your local post office as they might be holding on to it.
If your address was correct, send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org
with your order number and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
If you did find a mistake in the delivery address, we can send you a replacement order but shipping will be at your own expense.
If your order is returned to us due to a incorrect address provided, we have to pay for the order to be returned to us. You will be charged for re-posting the parcel back to you.
We offer free shipping for orders over $100 USD. This will automatically be deducted at checkout when the $100 threshold is reached.
We also offer Free Shipping on our Canvas', posters and face masks. These products may be sent separately from other purchases.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

within 7 days of receiving your product with your order number, photos of damaged product and any other details about your order. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a resolution.
