Returns & Exchanges
We don't offer returns or exchanges at this stage but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at email@example.com.
If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, photos of damaged products and any other details. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
